A short description of the main weapons of Unus Solum. Will be expanded as needed.

Sagitta M1788 Mk.Iv 

A revolving rifle produced by Sagitta Iron Works. A six round semi-automatic, it fires .45 magnum rounds capable of penetrating light armour. The fourth generation of the rifle is currently the primary weapon of the Arcean Army. While the rifles manages to be powerful with little recoil, it is the most unreliable of any standard service weapon in use by any military.

Nambu Imperials Arms Z98

A 20 round, variable fire, automatic rifle developed and produced by the Shirudo’s Nambu Imperial Arms Factory. Replacing reverse engineered Hoffnung rifles, the Z98 is the first real Shirudo attempt at developing its own weaponry. The Z98 fires a 9x25mm round. Its high rate of fire compensates for its relatively low stopping power, range and accuracy. The weapon is also in Dahomey service and is a common site in Scarabeen.

Karl-Enniswick 

A five shot bolt action rifle designed by Karelien arms tycoon, Erik Karl, and produced by the Enniswick Royal Arms Factory in Enniswick, Karelia. While outdated in many aspects, its reliability, low cost and ease of maintenance make it popular among many nations. Fires the popular 6.4 mm round.

Karl-Enniswick Mod.1 

Built from 90% of the parts of the KE rifle. The Mod.1 is a modern weapon meant to counter and overshadow the Z98. It has the accuracy and power of its bolt action counterpart, and can carry the same magazines, but has the added benefit of being able to fired as both automatic and semi-automatic. This comes at the cost of reliability and complexity. As such, the Mod.1 is only used by Karelian House Guards and Vulnaud units.

Beyr M1793 

Designed between the military South Arcea & West Hoffnungia and Beyrmetall in Vilesiea HR, the M1793 is the most advanced semi-automatic rifle available. It fires the same round as the .45 magnum round as the Sagitta, but manages to be half the weight with marginal increases in recoil. The weapon is also significantly more reliable, thanks to Beyr’s background with magazine fed weaponry.

Imperial Steel Foundry AR1769 Mk.XVI

The primary weapon of the Kingdom of Sudfell prior to there defeat at the hands of the Third Empire, the 1769 remains in the Arcean Republic’s army as the standard automatic rifle as well as the primary weapons of Sudfellian Guards. The weapon was ahead of its time being the first automatic rifle. the Sudfell hoped its complexity and cost would dissuade the Third Empire from attempting to reverse engineer the design. The weapon can carry 50 6.4 mm rounds in its revolving magazine.

Omnes Videntes Ironworks Victoria Mk.MXII

A product of the late 1600’s, the Victoria is an old weapon and one of the first rifles in existence. Originally the primary weapon of the Kingdom of Syerdawn, the .70 calibre round can rip off limbs. The introduction of revolving rifles and magazine fed weapons in the 1740’s led to the Victoria being removed from the front line, but it has lived on as a popular sniper. Currently, most sharpshooters in Arcean aligned states use a scoped Victoria, with an effective range of 900 meters. Some smaller countries also continue to use the weapon as a primary, although the emergence of the Karl-Enniswick has seen the weapons un-scoped usage decline.

Arrows ATR-1

Firing a 24mm round, the ATR-1 allows infantry to fight most armoured units. Generally operated in two man crews, the weapon has caused a resurgence of dragoons (firearm cavalry). Carrying the gun and its ammo by horseback, it enables cavalry to quickly and stealthily engage armour at long range. Alongside its Arcean designers, all members of the continental alliance uses the ATR-1.
